What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a system that uses plastic aligners which are worn over the teeth and they are transparent, so they should be barely visible to other people. The aligners press the teeth, moving them into the appropriate position in as little as 6 to 18 months on average. At regular intervals, you will need to change your aligner to a new one and we will give you enough aligners to last for 6 weeks. After this time, you will come in for a check-up and we can give you the next batch of aligners for the following 6 weeks.
Will I feel any pain with Invisalign?

At our practice, we will scan your mouth using iTero technology – a digital scan that we will take of your mouth to get the exact measurements for your aligners to be made. From this, we will also generate a 3D animation to show you what your teeth will look like after your treatment, before you’ve even got started on it! It can be a very motivational start to your Invisalign journey, when you know what the end result is going to be.
